This BMW M Coupe is one of two produced for the 2002 model year that is finished in Oxford Green Metallic over black leather and powered by a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six. The car was first registered in California and spent time in Canada, Washington, and Minnesota before being purchased in 2023 by the seller. It has been fitted with a Stromung exhaust system, H&R springs, and a Blaupunkt Bremen head unit, and is further equipped with a five-speed manual transmission, a limited-slip differential, 17″ Style 40 wheels, heated sport seats, a Harman Kardon sound system, air conditioning, and cruise control. This M Coupe is offered with the removed stereo, exhaust, and suspension components, a May 2025 inspection summary, a Carfax report, and a clean Minnesota title in the seller’s name.
This car is finished in Oxford Green Metallic (430) and features include front fender vents, a rear window wiper, and quad exhaust outlets. A May 2006 entry on the Carfax report lists an accident involving a front or side impact. The right quarter panel was refinished in order to repair repair a dent, according to the seller, and paint protection film was applied in May 2023. Close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.
The 17″ Style 40 wheels are mounted with Dunlop SP Sport tires. The car is equipped with Dynamic Stability Control and All-Season Traction (AST), and braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs. An aftermarket air suspension system was previously installed and has since been removed, and the seller notes that H&R springs are fitted. Removed factory suspension components will accompany the car.
The cabin features black Nappa leather covering the heated sport seats, door panel inserts, and center console. Amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, a Harman Kardon sound system, and a Blaupunkt Bremen head unit with Bluetooth connectivity. The driver’s seat bushings and passenger door lock were replaced in August 2024.
The M-branded leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, a 170-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 33k miles, approximately 1,800 of which were added under current ownership. A mileage inconsistency is noted in a May 2025 entry on the Carfax report, though it notes that it may be the result of a clerical error, and the seller attributes it to a conversion from kilometers to miles.
The 3.2-liter S54B32 inline-six features double-VANOS variable valve timing and a Siemens MSS 54 engine management control system. Output was factory rated at 315 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque. An inspection of the subframe and more was carried out in May 2025 by Euro Autoworks of Woodbury, Minnesota, and the associated report with photographs is provided below.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. A Stromung exhaust system has been installed, and the removed factory exhaust will accompany the sale.
The Carfax report lists the aforementioned March 2006 damage and May 2025 mileage inconsistency.
