Sold 9/10/10 - Auction ended at $33,800, a very strong price.
9/7/10 Update - Looks like there are two people that really want it. It's now up to $33,800.
9/6/10 Update - The auction is now at $33,600 with 3 days left. I really didn't think it would be bid up this high. I'm feeling pretty good about my purchase now :-).
9/4/10 Update - The auction is now at $29,000 with 5 days left.
9/2/10 Update - The auction has now crossed over $27,000 with 7 days left which I'm sure the dealership is pretty happy about.
9/1/10 Update - The dealership is just going to let the auction ride rather than sell for asking as I assumed they would now that the reserve has already been met with 8 days left. It has the original rod bearings, but seems to be a really nice coupe.
9/1/10 Update - Posted on AutoTrader with a price of $24,995. Someone buy it!
8/31/10 Update - I heard the reserve is set at just $25k. That's a great deal!
The dealership who has this doesn't know quite what they have. It seems as though they have looked it up, but saying the SSR GT3 wheels were an expensive original option shows what they really know. There are only 31 imola over imola sunroof-deletes, but only 9 were S54s. It's a one owner, local, low mileage coupe in excellent condition. I would say a coupe like this with sunroof-delete would be worth in the neighborhood of $32-34k. We'll see what this unknowing dealership has set it's reserve at.
