New OEM battery installed 6/2011, New from Michelin Pilot Super Sports installed 6/2011 with less than 200 miles on them. Over $1,500 in new parts will go with sale that I have been collecting in anticipation of limited parts supply down the road for this modern classic such as OEM headlights. New water pump, radiator, brakes and rotors, new clutch 2k miles ago. New German AC/Compressor in 2009. All fluids replaced 7/2011. All records since new. This car has been fanatically maintained by AutoScope a premier BMW shop in Dallas. I have owned this car since late 2004 and have put 20K on it since then on weekend cruises and club events. It is time for someone else to care for and enjoy what has been for me the ultimate driving experience!

My Comments

Sold 8/31/11 - Seller removed the AutoTrader listing. I assume it sold.

8/5/11 Update - Price reduced to $20,500 from $21,500

It's obviously owned by an enthusiast as he has the production numbers right and has been stockpiling spare parts. It's had a lot of recent maintenance done including very nice tires and a few nice upgrades. It looks to be in very nice shape with the only flaws I notice is some curb rash on the driver side rear wheel and very, very minor wear on the driver seat bolster. I think it's priced about right all things considered.
