This 1999 BMW M Coupe is finished in Imola Red over black and was purchased by the seller from its original owner in February 2016 at 11,718 miles. Now showing 14,154 miles, the car has been lightly modified with a Dinan intake, radar detector, and a dealer-added added OEM rear decklid spoiler. Power comes from an S52 3.2-liter inline-six paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. During the seller’s ownership, he has changed the water pump, thermostat, engine oil, brake fluid, and tires. This M Coupe is now being offered with recent service records, a clear Carfax, and a clean Washington state title in the seller’s name.
The original owner stated that this BMW was never driven in the rain, and the seller has continued to only drive the car in fair weather. Shortly after the seller’s purchase, the car was professionally cleaned and detailed including paintless dent removal and paint correction. A coat of Modesta North America BC-04 was applied and cured with infrared lamps. A new clear bra was then placed on the entire hood, front bumper, side skirts, and front fender panels.
The dealer-added rear decklid spoiler was fitted around 1999-2000. Exterior flaws consist of a scratch in the OEM roof spoiler, a slight dent under the passenger’s mirror, and a touched-up paint chip on the hood.
