Back on Ebay with some new photos and it's now on stock roadstar wheels. Buy-it-now price is up to $20,000 from $18,500 but I assume the reserve is lower.

It sounds like it's had some good recent maintenance. The new paint looks decent in the photos. neither set of CCW wheels is mentioned, so I doubt they are included. It seems like a decent deal for a driver.
