From a first person test drive:
Rear subframe is all ok. All body panels and paint are original. Windshield is new. Seat bushings (OEM BMW) are new. Car needs new shocks, new headliner, new oil pan gasket, new water pump and/or radiator. Airbag light is on.
Price reduced to $16,700 from $18,870. Updated the description with some more details. Sounds like the driver seat bolster may need some work too.
The new tires and recent service are a plus. It looks pretty much stock from the two photos. Needs some interior photos though. The price is fair if it's as described.
