Seller Description

FOR SALE: 1999 BMW M Coupe -- Fair Condition
I most regrettably have to sell my beloved M Coupe. She has 116,363 miles and is in overall fair shape, has some great extras, but does need some work.
Let's start with the work that she needs:
-The VANOS system needs inspection. . .this issue is most likely due to the air intake hose (stock) that needs replacement.
-The driver side door needs body work and the window has issues working properly.
-The rear hatch has some panels missing. If your plan is to track this car, then this is will be of no concern. The dead pedal (plastic) needs replacement.

Here are the nice extras she has:
-HID headlamps
-ANSA Exhaust
-Whalen's Shift Machine Gear Shift Knob (Gear pattern inscribed)
-BMW OEM rear spoiler
-All Weather custom cover
-Alpine CD/MP3 player with auxiliary cable

Maintenance has been consistent. Front and rears struts are nearly new, as well as the rear strut mounts (which are made of aircraft aluminum and will most likely never have to be replaced again). Since the car does need some work but is still in running condition, I'm basing its collector price on 'fair condition'. My asking price is $11,500 OBO. Please contact Joshua (email preferred).

A few updates on this coupe after a first person test drive. It does have a crack in the diff mount unfortunately. There's also actually a bullet hole in the roof... I guess someone shot up in the air and it came down and hit the coupe. It will be a little bigger project than initially anticipated.

It does have some nice upgrades and good recent maintenance. I especially like the headlights. The issues are primary aesthetic with the only potential concern being the VANOS. It's not mentioned, but it appears to be dark beige interior. I think it's priced right and would make a nice driver for someone.
