This coupe was and, now even more, so is in great condition. I've heard Enthusiast Auto restored it to better than new condition and fully documented all the repairs. It's full of great upgrades. The highlights for me are the Eisenman exhaust, new Koni struts, Vorschlag camber plates, and IE bushings. I think the price is fair even given the history.
