This car is fantastic drivers car example Z3M. It runs and drives incredible for 144k miles. Southern car it's entire life (Carolinas and Georgia) before I purchased and zero rust present anywhere on the car.
I purchased the car from the estate of a close family friend who passed away in 2022 with 138k miles. He purchased the car in 2007. He was a big BMW enthusiast - he perfomed a list of OEM+ modifications to the car around 100k miles :

The last few years of his life the car sat in his garage without any use - so when I acquired the car with 138k miles in 2022 I went through it completely and performed the following work.
Fluids:
Transmission Fluid - Redline D4 ATF
Diff Fluid - Redline 75w140
Engine Oil - Redline 10w40 (changed again at 142k March 2026)
New Brakes :
TRW pads, Zimmerman Rotors, Stainless Lines and a full brake flush system refilled with Motul RBF600, New front wheel bearings when brakes were replaced
New Cooling System :
Radiator, water pump, Aluminum WP pulley, 176 thermostat, coolant temp sensors, new aux fan switch, expansion tank, all new hoses, Mechanical fan delete, Flushed system and refilled with BMW coolant.
Steering Components :
new power steering lines, new resevoir, flushed system and refilled with Redline D4 ATF.
Engine Maint :
Valve cover gasket, Oil filter housing gasket, Oil temperature sensor (and new oil temp sensor guage) , Vanos line, Spark plugs, All new tensioners, pulleys, Engine mounts, transmission mounts, air filter, MAF
Magnaflow mufflers (OEM mufflers will come with the car the Magnaflows drone a bit)
Freshly refinished wheels with OEM BMW Shadow Chrome and OEM emblems along with wheel stud conversion kit and 10mm front and 12mm rear spacers
Car has a Renown Clubsport steering wheel (an awesome compliment to the quick Z3M rack and much more comfortable to drive). Horn is functional with OEM contact pin conversion. Car will come with OEM steering wheel.
A bunch of small misc things :

new guage cluster bulbs
Replacement light switch
New Leather shifter and E-Brake Boot
New door handle gaskets
Car has the very rare flip up center console cup holders and a fully functioning rear luggage cover.
The Known Flaws:
Headliner is sagging
The center console trim around the A/C button has a crack with a very small piece missing
A/C needs a yearly recharge
Oil pan gasket has a couple of drips from time to time
Windshield is pitted
Paint chips
This car has a clean NYS title but does have a salvage brand on the CarFax from North Carolina due to an accident and insurance claim. NYS DMV claims there is no history of the Salvage title, hence why they issued a clean NYS title, but it is on the Carfax. I have pictures from the accident, and the car has 44k miles on it since then. I'd want 100% transparency on the situation if I were buying one of these, and I do not want any surprises and/or unhappy buyers.
If you want a perfect example show car - this probably is not for you. If you want to actually drive and experience a piece of BMW M car history for many miles to come, this is what you're after!!! I am sad to see this car go, but it's on to something else!!
I would have no hesitation hopping in this car and driving thousands of miles home, but I'd be willing to work with a very interested buyer to deliver in an enclosed trailer with a deposit placed depending on a reasonable distance from Rochester, NY.
