VIN WBSCM9340YLC61588. Well sorted driver with thousands spent recently on maintenance. Mostly highway miles. Engine, transmission, brakes and suspension feel crisp and the car is a joy to drive, especially at speed. The Estoril Blue paint shines bright and the car receives a lot of attention on the road. The interior is clean and tidy and shows well. Two and a half years ago the car was given to an independent SoCal specialist for a thorough inspection and full mechanical refresh. Work included, but not limited, to Bilstein B8 shocks, H&R springs, new brake pads, rotors, motor mounts, control arm bushings, sway bar links, etc etc. Over $3,500 was spent on this work alone. Michelin Pilot Sport tires were purchased and installed in 2019 and have about 5,000 miles on them. ZHP shift knob, M50 intake manifold, and cold air intake are installed. AC blows cold. Also has 10mm wheel spacers in the front and 12mm in the back. Last week just spent $1800 on full frontal XPEL clearbra with lifetime warranty that carries to new owner. Aftermarket bluetooth stereo installed. Speakers are factory original and work great.
This car did have an accident with a guardrail in the hands of a prior owner and it does have a salvage title, but you wouldn’t know looking at the car. It’s mostly a numbers matching car, but the passenger side door was replaced. There was no frame or rear subframe damage.
Overall the car presents very well with minor clear coat pealing on some panels noted. Interior is in great condition with no discernible wear present. Non smokers car.
Items requiring attention are drivers side window is slow to go down and drivers side door look doesn’t work (locks and unlocks with remote fob).
Smog was completed 13 June 2021 and California plates are good until June 2022.
I will need garage space. Hence, I will have to sell this beautiful 2000 M Coupe, S52. 94,XXX miles. PM if interested. Location Southern California.
