Not much info yet, but it sounds like it's for sale at a motorcycle shop. We last saw it back in 2013 with 62k miles. It is full of nice upgrades that are detailed in the previous listing including TC Kline DA coilovers, SSR wheels, Stoptech brakes, and Dinan intake/exhaust. The price seems pretty good to me.
