Accident shown in CarFax was the most minor of cosmetic damage. Dent in the driver door, all taken care of and touched up! Smaller than a stick of gum in size. Absolutely no structural damage. It was reported because it was done by a local police officer's door swinging open!

I have some second hand information from the seller. It sounds like it's in great shape and has always been well maintained. The seller has had it since 2006 and 16,000 miles. It's stock besides TC Kline D/A coilovers and a Shark chip. It make the deal seem even better.

It seems to be in nice condition. The "accident" on Carfax is a bummer, but mine has something similar so I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's stock as far as I can tell besides window tint and powdercoated wheels. It worries me just a little bit that he used the "Fair" condition book price to set his. Overall it seems like a pretty nice S54 for $25k.
