Seller Description

2001 BMW Z3 M Coupe S54 60K Miles

Color: Titanium Silver
Interior: Black and Laguna Seca Leather
Mileage: ~60K miles
Engine / Chassis: S54 Engine / E36 Chassis

Overview:
This is an extremely rare BMW with ~2,800 units produced from 1999-2002 with only ~370 units produced with the S54 engine (the same engine as the BMW E46 M3's). In this color combination of Ti Silver + Laguna Seca Blue/Black leather, there were only 6 produced. I purchased this in 2003 from the original owner with a clean CarFax. However in ~2015, I noticed that the CarFax had flagged this a salvage title in Oregon. I tried contesting this with CarFax along with trying to find out more from Oregon DMV with no luck. I have been able to register this car every year since I bought it and has passed smog every other year as required. I'm looking for someone to actually use this car as it was meant to be used. I notice a few things like the driver side door missing a VIN sticker but no structural issues whatsoever. I'm selling this as I really rarely drive this as evidenced by the mileage.

Key Facts:
- I'm the 2nd owner and purchased in 2003
- Comes with 2 keys
- Recently passed smog in 2022, registration due March 2023
- Brand new battery (Interstate AGM)
- Brakes are original
- All 4 tires are new / Front and Rear both over 80% tread
- Maintenance paperwork available
- Oil changed annually (regardless of mileage) with Castrol 10W60 orignal spec oil + OE spec oil filters
- Subframe checked along with differential regularly - no cracking
- Never tracked or raced, true garage queen
- Car recently detailed, clay bar, polished, and graphene coated. Engine bay cleaned
- Front bumper has seen some rock chips, a bigger rock chip on the hood, right front fender has a paint scuff

Modifications:
- Window Tint 20% rear / 35% front
- BBS RKII 18" 2-piece Wheels
- Painted to match rear original spoiler
- Chrome/Leather illuminated Shift knob
- Chrome accents - Sunroof trim, exterior handles, door pulls
- LeatherZ Center console with universal garage door opener, cupholders
- LeatherZ arm rests
- Added Phoenix Gold Amp powering new Sub and Front speakers
- Replaced BMW subwoofer for Boston Acoustics 10" ProSeries subwoofer
- Replaced front door speakers with Boston Acoustic Reference 6.5's
- Sport mode enabled (manual button on center console)
- Clifford Alarm for Remote Lock/Unlock (siren disconnected)

Sold to a high bid of $31,000. Great deal for the rare color combo even with the title!

Now on Ebay too

It's back again after just a couple months this time. Same price and mileage. No new photos though. The price seems like a decent deal for the lower mileage even with the title.

Back on the market after another 4 years. It has another 4500 miles in that time. Price reduced to $36,800 from $43,500 which seems very fair for the extremely rare color combo even with the title.

Back on the market. It's been 8.5 years since the last listing, so I made it a new one. It only has 4500 miles in those 8.5 years. No interior photos unfortunately. The color combo is as rare as you'd expect (1 of 6). When it was previously listed, there was an issue with the title from very, very early in it's life, so that may be worth looking into. It will also determine the value which would be a good deal if the title is clean.
