We've seen this coupe a few times over the years. It's nice, but not $42,300 nice. Thankfully it's only $39,900 on Ebay... At some point it looks like the door panels were replace with extended topaz door panels from a Z3 Coupe. It also looks like the tail pipes are hanging pretty low. I'd check the rear subfloor.
