The listing has been removed. I never talked to anyone, including myself, that got a response from the seller after multiple tries, so I'm not sure it was legit.
Only one photo and not much information, but if the dollars are in Canadian and the odometer is 78k km it seems like a great deal. That's before you account for the rare S54 supercharger, sunroof-delete and lowered suspension. I hope the seller posts more information and photos.
