Seller Description

This 2000 BMW M Coupe was ordered new without a sunroof at Capital Cities Imported Cars of Glenmont, New York via the BMW Performance Center of Greer, South Carolina, and is finished in Estoril Blue over a black and blue Nappa leather interior. Power is from a 3.2-liter S52 inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes staggered-width 17″ wheels, heated front seats with partial power adjustment, and a cassette stereo. The car was acquired by the selling dealer in April 2021 and was serviced in preparation for the sale with fluid changes and replacement of the giubo flex shaft. This M Coupe shows 48k miles and is offered as part of DriveSource’s Oktmotorfest Collection with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, service records, purchase documents, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title.

The car is finished in Estoril Blue (335) and features M-branded fender vents and quad tailpipes. A sunroof was not equipped from the factory. Two scratches as well as photos showing paint meter readings and VIN stickers are provided in the gallery.

Staggered-width 17″ Style 40 wheels wear older 225/45 and 245/40 Michelin Pilot Sport tires. A brake fluid flush was carried out in July 2021.

The cockpit features partially power-adjustable and heated seats upholstered in blue leather with black inserts. Amenities include a BMW Business cassette stereo, a six-disc CD changer, M-branded floor mats, an illuminated shift lever, and a cupholder in the center console. An airbag sensor and a hatch strut were replaced by the selling dealer.

Instrumentation consists of a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline along with center-mounted gauges for voltage and oil temperature. The odometer indicates 44k miles, 100 of which have been added by the selling dealer.

The 3.2-liter S52 inline-six was rated at 240 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque when new. An oil change was performed by the selling dealer.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The transmission fluid, giubo flex seal, and selector shaft radial seal were replaced in July 2021.

The window sticker lists initial delivery to the BMW Performance Center as well as factory equipment, colors, and a $48,375 total suggested retail price.

A clear shadow box with a binder of vehicle information is included in the sale, along with additional documents and accessories.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists registration in New York, Ontario, Pennsylvania, and Texas between 2000 and 2021.

Just posted with no bids yet. We last saw it 8 years ago and it somehow only has 2500 new miles in all that time. It looks super clean, and the photos look great.
