Sold 6/23/12 - Sold for asking price, and it does have a sunroof.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think this may be a sunroof-delete too. I don't see anything obviously wrong, and it appears to be all stock (it does have a Dinan license plate cover though). With a clean title, I think it's a great deal.
