Looks pretty nice. The Dinan upgrades are a plus,and it appears the seller has addressed the assumedly worn stock suspenion and at least the radiator part of the cooling system. With the seat covers, I'd assume the original seat leather is either extra nice or else so worn he felt compelled to cover them. I think the price is fair.
