Seller Description

All scheduled maintenance, All records, Excellent condition, Fully loaded with all the goodies, Looks & drives great, Never seen snow, One owner, Title in hand, Very clean interior. This is a Very rare BMW that will continue to appreciate in value in its current condition. We obtained the /// M Coupe from a Car Museum in California for a BMW enthusiast in New Orleans who planned Dinan upgrades along with custom carbon fiber hood which is included with the sale of the car but never installed. The buyer was injured and no longer able to drive a manual transmission before the final sale and the deal did was not completed. Thus, the car is still a single owner vehicle. In the meantime, the M Coupe was backed into while parked that cause minor damage to the hood and front spoiler. This was all professionally repaired and the M Coupe looks better than it did when we got it. There are few minor flaws on the exterior and interior shows very little wear. Everything electronically and mechanically is perfect. We are asking Private Party Value and will assist with shipping world-wide. 2180 Total Production for North America, 1 of 422 Imola Red

Kamran let me know that Ebay notified him that it sold for $18,250

Seller accepted a best offer on Ebay. It doesn't say what that offer was though.

Some inciteful thoughts from Ardy:

Rear end looks to have been redone as well. Rear frame brace in rear trunk open picture is red when it should be black. Also rear emblem in private pictures I received from seller are for a s54. Received pictures of front fenders and right side vin sticker has been painted over and vin stickers missing from hood, one door and rear trunk lid.

On Ebay for just $21,000 which is down from $24,995. Great deal!

Price reduced to $24,995 from $28,347 which is better. It's also now listed on Craigslist in Houston.

Here's some first person thoughts:

I’ve seen it in person at the BMW shop that was repairing it. I know the owner and the guys that work there real well. and me loving these cars so much had to go see it and see it’s progress. It had some hood damage which they went and bought a carbon fiber hood for it which didn’t fit at all. it had to be modified a lot for it to fit right. So then they went on the right path and fixed the hood. The car itself looks great interior and exterior.

Sold as private party with no posted VIN, but it's very obviously a dealership. This coupe sold on Ebay to a high bid of $17,850 last fall. Combined with the paint work, the new price is way high.
