Carfax shows 3 owners. This is originally a California car, and I have owned it for the past 5 years without issues. Always stored indoors. Driven in nice weather only.

Regular maintenance and new rear tires. As good of an example as you will find. Well taken care of without accident history.

Only one photo posted, but it does look nice. Would be great to have a few more photos inside and out. I think the price is fair if it's as nice as it looks.
