4/10/12 Update - I was able to track down some of it's pre-rebuild photos as well. Looks like there's a little more damage than just the bumper.

I called wanting to check it out, but it turns out the car is not even in the Chicago area, but Arkansas instead. He said that it was bought from an insurance auction (copart?) and was repaired down there. He's trying to decide whether to ship it to Chicago or to the west coast to a friend of his. Not fishy, but not a straight story either, just thought I'd let you know.

It appears to be mostly stock as far as I can tell. I'm sure there's more to the story of the salvage title than just the rear bumper, so I would definitely get it inspected. The price is probably a little optimistic for the title although the color combo is on the more rare side.
