8/17/12 Update - Here's a little more information on this coupe from the seller. Everything sounds good to me:

1-I have had the car since 2008.  Other than driving it from Texas I have put leass than 1000 miles on it.
2- The guy I bought it from did the wheels and the Hamann add ons. According to him he bought the M from a collector in Wisconsin and the original owner was in NJ.
I ran a Carfax and confirmed the above along with no accident reports.
Service shows in NJ 3/05 at Prestige BMW at 9790 miles and 5 & 6/08 at Autoscope in Plano, TX (no miles shown but s/b around 22,000). I bought it with 26260 miles and have driven it from Plano 950 miles and over the last 3 years around 800 miles just to keep it fresh.
3-No accidents or paintwork that I am aware of and none noted on Carfax.
4-No subframe issues noted with recent Service II
5-I have not tracked the car and I asked the previous owner and he stated he had not tracked the car.
6-Inspection I and II done at the same time a few months ago.
7-I do not believe the rod bearings have been replaced.  I did the oil analysis to see if anything worrisome showed up and it did not.
8-It is in excellent condition.  One minor nick on a rear wheel well.  Wheels need polishing and are also in excellent condition.
9-I have a few extra Hamann parts and the original grills in addition to the wheels-nothing else unfortunately.

2/27/12 Update - Small price drop to $35,750 and the rearview mirror has been repaired.

10/18/11 Update - I added the photos. It looks really nice. The only Hamann parts installed are the rear diffuser, spoiler, exhaust and pedals. He also has the side skirts and gills that are not installed. Overall, I think it's in as good of shape as you would expect for the mileage.

10/17/11 Update - It has just 27,941 miles so the price is fair. The seller sent me a bunch of photos I'll add in the morning.

It's not often you come across an alpine white S54. This one looks to be very well taken care of. The mileage is not mentioned, but it better be pretty low for the price. I love the CCW wheels, but the Hamann aero pieces aren't really my taste. I assume the seller means H&R coilover suspension. I emailed the seller to find out the mileage and hopefully some more photos. Stay tuned.
