I'm not sure I like the chrome interior trim or chrome wheels, but it looks to be in pretty decent shape for the mileage. It also appears to have some racing harnesses, aftermarket shift knob and hand brake, and a hatch spiler I don't recognize. AutoCheck shows a salvage title from 2003 and just under 50k miles. I think the price is probably fair.
