Price reduced to $18,000 from $20,000 which I think is a pretty good deal even with the title

Everything looks amazing until you get to the second to last sentence. The salvage title is a huge bummer for what otherwise looks like a very nice coupe with some cool modifications. This would make an excellent driver. I think the price is fair even with the title.
