Seller Description

This 2002 BMW M Coupe is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic over Imola Red and Black Nappa leather and powered by a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a limited-slip differential, power-adjustable and heated sport seats, air conditioning, a CD stereo, and a Harman-Kardon audio system. Recently acquired by the selling dealer from its reported second owner, the car now has 27k miles. Service within the last 1k miles is said to include an oil change and replacement of the camshaft positioning sensor. This E36/8 M Coupe is now offered with factory keys, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title.

The exterior is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic (354), and the selling dealer reports that the car is one of just three produced without a sunroof in this color combination for the 2002 model year. Paint-meter readings from various areas of the body are provided in the photo gallery below, and a walk-around video by the selling dealer further shows the exterior, interior, and engine bay.

Staggered-width 17″ factory Style 40 wheels are pictured up close in the gallery and wear Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires measuring 225/45 up front and 245/40 out back, which display 2017 date codes.

The cabin features heated sport seats trimmed in Imola Red and black Nappa leather (Q61M), along with a matching dashboard, door panels, and center console. Factory equipment a CD stereo, a Harman-Kardon sound system, air conditioning, and power windows and locks.

Instrumentation framed by a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel consists of a 170-mph speedometer and a 9k-rpm tachometer, along with gauges monitoring coolant temperature and fuel level. Auxiliary gauges are mounted in the center stack, and the digital odometer indicates just over 27k miles.

The 3.2-liter S54 inline-six is equipped with individual throttle bodies and was factory rated at 315 horsepower with 251 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF five-speed manual transmission and a factory limited-slip differential. Servicing in the last 1k miles included the replacement of the camshaft positioning sensor, an oil change, and a state inspection.

The September 2020 Carfax shows no history of accidents and displays history in Pennsylvania from two registered owners.

Awesome color combo and a sunroof-delete. The miles are very low and it looks to be in very nice shape too. The OEM fog lights are the only modification I see. Bidding is up to $31,000 after only a few hours.
