It does have a rebuilt title which helps explain the price. It seems like it was rebuilt well though.
I've had this color combo before, and I'm a fan. It looks pretty nice and mostly stock. The couple things I notice are the E36/Z3 roadster square AC button and the filled license plate holes in the front bumper. I can't tell for sure if it's a private listing or a dealership. The price is great if there's no stories.
