Engine oil changes: only synthetic oil used.
All filters and fluids regularly changed.

Looks like a nice one-owner coupe. It's mostly stock besides the refinished wheels and has had a lot of recent maintenance. The highlight is that it's a sunroof-delete too. I think the price is fair given the rarity and great history.
