6/30/11 Update - Evidently this did not sell and is now being sold by Atlantic Auto Exchange. The new listing does not even mention any of the good upgrades from the original listing.

This sounds like a well cared for and upgraded coupe. All of his modifications are top notch. Typically the cars listed on BMW CCA are in better shape than average as their owners are part of the BMW community and they're obviously looking to sell to another enthusiast. No photos yet, so I can't really comment on the condition myself yet.
