Seller Description

Laguna Seca Blue 2001 M Coupe. VERY RARE color, only 41 (word wide) were made in this color. S54 motor,(same as the E46 M3) this was only available in 2001 and 2002. 315 HP with a slick manual gear box, makes for a fun, great handling weekend or daily driver. Beautiful Laguna Seca blue/black contrasting leather interior with arm rest. 19 inch black Axis wheels with Nitto rubber with less than 4500 miles on them. I also have the original stock rims, all in great condition. Dinan Stage 3 suspension, Dinan strut brace. Turner short shift kit. HID headlight conversion kit. Tinted windows. Alarm/keyless entry system with all keys. JVC indash DVD, CD, navigation system. I also have the original BMW radio. Custom Sub that fits in the trunk (the visible wires in the trunk), I took it out because I just did not like all the base. I purchased the car from a BMWCCA, ZCCA member. He used the car as his "showroom piece" in his car shop. The car runs great with no issues. The interior is perfect and the exterior is also in great condition. All service completed on time every time. I am only selling because I am moving and need to downsize my car numbers. Call or text me for any questions.

My Comments

Sold 3/4/11 - Headed to Enthusiast Auto. Snooze you lose. They plan to sort out any mechanical issues and install the roadstars where they belong.

3/3/11 Update - Price reduced to $26,500 on Bimmerforums from $28,500 making it a great deal for the color combo.

This coupe was previously listed in Palm Harbor, FL with an asking price of $31,900 and went to the current owner somewhere around June 1. The current owner has taken care of a lot of things I didn't like about it in the previous listing including the tinted head and tail lights and the huge subwoofer box (which is included). He is also including the orginal roadstars that appear to be in ok shape. The downside is it also appears to no longer have the Meistershaft exhaust. It's not mentioned, but it also has the LeatherZ armrest which is nice. View the previous listing for some other modifications is probably still has like a shark injector and turner pulley kit. The mileage is only up about 5,000 miles and the condition is excellent as before. There are only 16 cars in this color combination and only 24 total with this interior making it very rare. I think this new price is pretty good considering the rarity and condition.
