Seller Description

Not your common everyday car. Only 2180 S52 M coupes made and of them all only 363 had Titanium Silver with black interior. So you can be the only one in the city with a car like this. This is a California car. I'm the 4th private owner and the CARFAX shows this to be an accident free car. I have all the records since purchase in 09 including a comprehensive inspection and service last year. This car's exterior shines like new and has hardly any rock chips or scratches. Some curb rash on two of the wheels but not deep and could be polished out. Interior shows limited use and is also excellent. This is my fair weather only car and is stored up on a lift most of the winter.

HERE IS THE SERVICE HISTORY
JUNE 09 Pre-purchase inspection recommended: new tires, repair glovebox, radio, a few minor dings to the body and achip in windshield.
JUNE 09 - I purchased new tires - Dunlop Direzz Sport Z1 Star
JUNE 09 - Kuni BMW repaired the radio (needed the owners code)
JUNE 09 - I repaired the loose glovebox and it no longer sags down
JUNE 09 - Had paintless dent repair done to remove all minor dings (car is near flawless now)
JULY 09 - @ 74,688 miles had Inspection II major service: oil & filter change, fuel filter, radiator flush, brake flush, new battery, spark plugs, power steering hose & fluid and replaced the front control arm bushings (preventative maintenance)
MARCH 2010 - Diagnosis and clear check engine light (replaced air mass meter)
MAY 2010 - Oil & filter change
MARCH 2011 - New 2ndary air pump and valve
APRIL 2011 - Lifetime rear shock mounts, both engine belts

The small chip in the windshield remains.

Car is stock except for these two modifications: Stage 3 suspension (Koni adjustable shocks, coils, sway bars and camber plates) Hamman Aluminum pedals

My Comments

Sold 3/9/12 - It took a lot longer than it should have, but this one finally sold for $16,750.

12/1/11 Update - Sounds like the seller wants $17,750 for it again.

11/3/11 Update - I can't believe no one picked this up for <$15k, but the auction ended with no bidders.

10/26/11 Update - Now listed on Ebay at $14,999 with no reserve

10/4/11 Update - Craigslist ad now at $17,750 down from $18,250

9/29/11 Update - Now posted on Craigslist at a slightly lowered price of $18,250 down from $18,500. Photos also show a big thick album of maintenance paperwork.

4/11/11 Update - Small price drop to $18,500 from $18,900 and an updated description with more service information.

This seems to be a pretty well taken care of coupe. Having a recent service/inspection is nice. The Dinan modifications weren't cheap and are nice. I really like the Hamann pedals. The driver seat looks to be in nice shape for the mileage. It's a decent deal for the mileage, condition and modifications.
