9/2/10 Update - The Craigslist Ad has been deleted, but I can't think it sold anywhere near asking price. I'll see if it pops back up sometime.
I think he may be asking close to double what the eventual buyer may pay. Even coupes in good condition over 150,000 miles rarely sell for over $10-12k. He seems to know a little about coupes, but not a lot. I'd ask for maintenance records and check for the normal high mileage updates. It looks to have beige interior making it just one of 22 in that color combo.
