8/8/10 Update - A little more information on it from the seller:

"I bought the car in Aug 2009 from BMW beverly hills, i do not know how many owners, nor do i have any maintenance records, the car is stock to the bone, there are only very miner issues, 1 their are a few small paint chips on the front bumper, the air conducting nob sometimes gets stuck ( easy to understand in person). the cars exterior and interior are in amazing condition when i bought the car i didn't feel any need to get a carfax because of how good the condition was. it runs great i change the oil every 3k miles and i wash it every week, i have taken very good care of this car. i do not have the title in hand. i don not know the facts on the title as i said before i did not purchase them but if you are serious about this car you should carfax it for 50$ online. i have replaced the hatchback latch the stock ones are become worn after time very common problem in the coupe."

8/4/10 Update - Price reduced to $16,000 from $17,800

This coupe looks to be in great shape besides some curb rash on the rear driver side wheel, a little rash on the front driver side wheel, and a slightly saggy glovebox. It's one of just 16 in this color combination and one of 4 sunroof-deletes. The seller doesn't make any mention of the maintenance history or previous owners. The price is pretty good for the mileage, condition and rarity.
