Some more details and photos from Bimmerforums member Eurospec:

-It has been sitting for three years with the oil drained (confirmed)
-Side swiped with the passenger side airbag being deployed.
-Seller claims car has frame damage which wouldn't surprise me. Due to the rain and car sitting on deflated tires, it was really hard to peak underneath it.
-Diff/ exhaust missing.
-Hatch lid is straight, no damage. All hatch/ trunk compartment pieces in place.
-Rear bumper in tact but tweaked a bit.
-Interior is relatively in tact. Seats are in ok condition.

I wish they showed the side of the car that was side-swiped. Not a fan of the purple stripe either. I think the price may be a little optimistic depending on th extent of the damage.
