Seller Description

I am selling my 1999 BMW M coupe. First things first the car holds a salvage title due to being backed into. It was was hit above the frame rails which means the only things damaged were the cooling system and the hood. Both were professionally replaced and the car underwent a full body restoration. No expense was spared and it will be obvious to the well trained eye in person.

I am a BMW enthusiast and have changed the oil every 4000 miles. (Liqui Molly 10w60) Overall the car is very clean no dents to speak of. Inside it has a new deck and suede gear shift surround. 75% tread on Dunlop Direzza tires. Car has 255's in the rear 225's in the front. No lights on the dash A/C blows cold .

As far as the model of car the M Coupe is considered one the top 5 greats to come out of the M division. Having owned many M cars the only car that has a similar/greater following is the e30 M3. With 2,000 cars in the USA give or take it is a very rare car especially compared to a M3/M5. Handles on rails, great steering feel, turns heads. S52 models such as this are the most reliable and trouble free. NO valve adjustments and costly repairs. Even the roadsters are going for 12k and the prices on coupes are steadily rising so its a great time to buy. Pricing on M coupes s52 and s54 are going through the roof from 19-30k depending on engine and miles.

Off the market now as the seller is keeping it. It sounds like it may be in line for a Euro S50 swap. Cool!

I'm pretty sure this is the coupe that was on Bimmerforums back in March. It had been rebuilt very nicely and had tons of new parts at the time.
