Mr. Z3 is a new dealership in Southern California that will be focusing on pristine BMW Z3s or all types. This just happens to be an immaculate S54 coupe. If I remember correctly from a previous owner, it has had a warranty replaced S54 early in it's life so bearings are no longer a concern. Combined with the subframe reinforcement, it should be good to go for a long time.
