The photos do look pretty good. It also has a Dinan strut bar, intake and exhaust which are not mentioned. Mileage is also not mentioned which is kind of weird. I can't quite tell if it's a Canadian or US model. The main concern for me is that the badge on the back is not in the correct location. This could be either bad badge replacement or the hatch was replaced at some point. Hard to tell if the price is good with no mileage listed.
