Seller Description

This 2002 BMW M Coupe is powered by a 3.2-liter S54 inline-six linked with a five-speed manual transmission and is finished in Titanium Silver Metallic over Black and Dark Gray Nappa leather. Equipment includes a Dinan intake and ECU tune as well as a power glass sunroof, Shadow-finished 17″ Style 40 wheels, heated Sport seats, and a Harman Kardon sound system. The car remained registered in Colorado from new until the seller purchased it from the second owner of two decades in September 2026, and they have since added approximately 2k of the 129k indicated miles. Work under current ownership included replacing the rod bearings and changing the oil and transmission fluid. This M Coupe is now offered at no reserve with a window sticker, owner’s manual, recent service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.

This M Coupe is one of 18 finished in Titanium Silver Metallic (354) over Black and Dark Gray Nappa leather for the North American market for the model year. Features include a power glass sunroof, front fender vents, a rear window wiper, and quad exhaust outlets.

Shadow-finished 17″ Style 40 wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The car is equipped with Dynamic Stability Control and All-Season Traction (AST), and braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs. The steering angle sensor was recalibrated in preparation for the sale.

Black and Dark Gray Nappa leather cover the heated Sport seats and extend to the center console and door panels. Amenities include a Harman Kardon sound system, cruise control, and a CD stereo.

The M-branded leather-wrapped steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, a 170-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 129k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.

The 3.2-liter S54B32 inline-six features double-VANOS variable valve timing and a Siemens MSS 54 engine management control system. Output was factory rated at 315 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, and a Dinan air-intake system and ECU tune are installed. The connecting rod bearings and related hardware were replaced and the oil pan was resealed in September 2026. The oil was changed the next month.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The transmission fluid was changed in October 2026.

The window sticker shows initial delivery to Gebhardt Motors of Boulder, Colorado, along with factory equipment, colors, and a total suggested retail price of $45,935.

The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.

It sounds like it's had a good history and the fresh rod bearings are great to have done. There haven't been too many no reserve S54 auctions, so I'm interested to see how a higher mileage coupe does. Bidding up to $5,500.00 so far
