I have a handful of maintenance records, last maintenance was done included, brakes and rotors, a few different gaskets and the vanos was addressed 
The rear subframe was also inspected and shows no signs of cracking or any issues.
The car runs and drives great, very rare car and has the same engine at the e46 bmw m3 from factory.
Paint and interior are in great condition, there is a few nicks but nothing major, 
Interior is in great condition, center console has no cracking between any of the buttons. Moon roof does not work, unsure why but never bothered me. 
This is a highly unique car and with very few produced it’s sure to continue to go up in price
