I own this shoe since 2014, this is my dream car that I had bought from the west coast and now it's in the east coast.  I would like to own the car till the very end but I don't drive it and would rather it be in another enthusiast driver. I don't believe there were any accidents and none during my ownership.  I have some of the previous owners paperwork stashed somewhere but have moved around so I'm hoping to find those documents.

Clean title and 2 keys, OEM car cover (Car is mostly under the cover or parked in garage). See carfax report in the end for history. Only real marking I can visually see is the front passenger bumper a scrap mark (see picture).

All modification were done by the previous owner, he was a bmw mechanic at a dealership in California.

Just adding a few of the service that the car had gotten done previously:

Rod Bearings replaced with OEM updated bearings, updated Cam bolts with Torx and loctite, Beisan Systems VANOS O-ring reseal kit including solenoid passage o-rings, anti-rattle kit installed, Beisan Systems VANOS Modified Oil Pump Disc with smaller diameter Exhaust Hub Insert Ports. Recent Valve Adjustment was performed.

Custom Aluminum Radiator, Custom Aluminum P/S Reservoir with twice the capacity of Fluid, Bilstein Shocks with H&R Race Springs (Red), H&R Sway Bars front and rear, Dinan CAI, Dinan High Performance HFM, Dinan front Strut Brace, Jim Conforti Chip (see the Shark Injector that is include that should be able to reset to stock)
