The Carfax report is clean and shows just two owners. The most recent owner has had it since 2004 which is pretty cool. It has some audio modifications which don't look the best in the hatch, but it looks to be in really nice shape overall besides a little glovebox sag. The only other modification I see is an extra ///M badge at the front of the engine bay. The price is a little optimistic for the mileage.
