Seller Description

Not an easy decision, however it's the best one to make right now. I won't be gone from the coupe cartel forever, I love these cars, but this isn't the one for me.

I've owned this one over 4 years, and have driven just about 4,000 miles..... to some people that's normal. For me, I feel I am wasting the car owning it; there was a decent amount of work the car needed when I took it on, and much of that has been taken care of.

On one end, it's Estoril, the greatest color ever and also possibly the lowest priced S54 car on the market, on the other side, it's not mint, and has almost 94k miles.

The good stuff:
New rod bearings @ 91500
Valves shimmed @ 91500
arp rod bolts  @ 91500
Randy Forbes subframe reinforcement, Ireland engineering subframe mounts @ 92000
Dual ear m3 diff cover with rare Torsen 3.64 LSD
All fluids just redone; oil, trans, diff, power steering, brake, coolant, plugs and fuel filter (91500)
New VANOS unit (about 2500 miles)
New OEM Clutch (about 2500 miles, but does engage very low, maybe needs a re-bleed)
Replaced oil pump (done with VANOS)
tck s/a suspension (has ~30,000 miles, transferred from prior vehicle)
RE rear shock mounts
Glovebox sag fixed
Newish Battery (2015)
Recently replaced driveshaft giubo, and trans input shaft (2015)

CPI Stepped headers, coated (have stock headers that will come with the car)
Custom magnaflow sec1 (have stock sec 1 that will come with the car)
Supersprint X pipe (stock H pipe will come with the car if I can find it)
Custom vibrant bottle resonators and Vibrant black mufflers in the rear
Rare Apexone ProjectorZ V1 headlights with 6000k HID's.
Proper colored original chrome shadow roadstars (have some rash), (Apex arc-8 17's will be taken off the car)
Nick G. Technique Tuning Tune with 8150rpm loaded, ~294whp on dyno prior to exhaust work
Newer Front Carpets

Does have a clean title, no known accidents listed on carfax
Probably other stuff done to it I have to look up receipts. All available documentation will also be provided.

All major work done by a very reputable shops, Maximum PSI / BimmerClinic & OffCamber Motorsport.

The necessities:
airbag light on, scanner tool says its driver side seat belt clip (easy fix, I just haven't gotten to it)
AC does not blow cold, uncertain if needs recharge, have not assessed as I am not driving often enough to bother.
Rear driver side wheel speed sensors is bad, I intermittently get the abs/dsc/tire pressure light recently, simply haven't gotten to fixing it, wire is frayed.
Rear 3rd brake light not lighting up, bad wire loom to trunk this is known issue on MANY coupes.
Various small dents that can be PDR'd out on the body, people in parking lots suck
Front left flipper has crack underneath, but the seam lines up pretty perfectly. Bumper was resprayed about 2 years ago simply to clean up road pepper
There is a rust seam that I will provide photos of for any serious buyers in the passenger front wheel well, I assume this occurred over time as the wiper fluid container that was in the car was leaking from the base.
Knob on analog clock dial broken (who uses it anyway)
needs a new exhaust hanger on the left side, I'll change it out if I have availability.

I've spend some significant time and money working on this car over the years I have had it, but it's time for someone to take her and enjoy it more than I have been able to and pick up where I left off. She is definitely not a "show" car and is an enjoyable & reliable driver, and these cars are indeed meant to be driven.

So the car as is I’m asking; $38,500, again the only item not included will be apex wheels in the pictures. I have roadsters that will be put on the car, they need tires which we can discuss once things get serious; I'm willing to split / negotiate if you want higher performance rubber. I can provide further photos upon request, and please feel free to contact me for any questions. As these cars are holding value and continuously appreciating, I am pretty stern on the price as I by no means do not "have" to sell the car, but will entertain reasonable offers.

Ken is a long-time coupe owner, and his S54 has all sorts of great parts. Highlights to me are the Randy Forbes kit, new rod bearings, 3.64 rear diff, TC Kline coilovers, Projector Z v1 headlights, and full header back exhaust. The price seems fair to me.
