Seller Description

This 2000 BMW M Coupe has been with the seller for five years and is powered by an S52 inline-six backed by a 5-speed manual transmission. Modifications include BBS wheels, Z06 front brakes and 997tt rear brakes, a Magnaflow exhaust, TC Kline coilovers, Ground Control camber plates, Conforti Shark ECU and intake, a Strong strut tower brace, a black vinyl roof wrap, and an aftermarket stereo system. The seller is reported to be the third owner, and has added approximately 7,500 miles. Now showing 115k miles, this M Coupe is being offered for sale with a clean Carfax and a clean Colorado title in the seller’s name.

This example is said to retain its factory paint and panels and was stored during winter months at a climate-controlled facility by the seller. Stock door handles were painted to match the body and a black vinyl wrap was fitted on the roof. Black front grill-surrounds and a Magnaflow exhaust were added, and the factory chrome kidney grilles and exhaust are included in the sale.

18” BBS CH wheels wear Nitto Invo tires. Front brakes from a Z06 Corvette and rear brakes from a Porsche 997tt were powdercoated blue and the M logo was applied with powdercoating as well. Suspension modifications include TC Kline coilovers and Ground Control camber plates.

Inside, the black leather upholstery appears to be in good condition with some minor creasing on the driver’s outer bolster and thigh support. The seller has reportedly conditioned the seats each year throughout their ownership. M-branded floormats are retained and a steering wheel fitted with additional padding, Napa leather, and M-stitching was installed, with the stock unit accompanying the vehicle. A Pioneer DEX-P99RS head unit is paired with a JL amp, subwoofer, and Focal speakers. 115k miles are indicated on the odometer.

The 3.2L S52 inline-six is shared with the US-market E36 M3 and produced 240 hp in stock setup when new. A Conforti Shark ECU chip and intake were installed along with a Strong strut tower brace. The vehicle was serviced by a BMW mechanic friend of the seller’s during the last five years. Per the seller, Redline fluids were used and oil changes were performed every six months, with the last oil service completed two months ago.

A Carfax report has been provided by the seller and displays no issues, with three owners listed in California, North Carolina, and Colorado.

This is a nice coupe with some nice upgrades. I like the BBS CH wheels and the custom big brakes are cool. It's in great shape for the mileage too.
