Seller Description

Want a BMW that sets you apart from the crowd? This car has awesome handling, brakes, acceleration and looks that still get compliments that few other BMWs get. It has all the options available including Harman Kardon 6 disc CD changer, pet/cargo net, heated seats, moonroof and built-in cellphone. The color is eye-catching Estoril Blue, with a speckled light brown leather interior, so much better than the blue/black interior that seems to be most common on Estoril Blue M Coupes. It had one minor incident that required the replacement of the hood and almost nothing else (I had a low speed collision with the rear bumper of a pickup that caught the hood just above the headlamp. Airbags did not deploy. Repair details are available on request.) No modifications have been made other than a modified rear view mirror to eliminate the blind spot the stock one has. If you are looking for a low mileage, unmodified, unraced M Coupe in great condition, you'll be hard pressed to spend less.

My Comments

10/12/12 Update - I guess it is not sold. The seller is still open to offers but is not currently actively marketing it.

7/29/12 Update - Price now back up to $23,500 and mileage up 5,000 to 46,000

5/22/12 Update - Price reduced back down to $21,500 from $23,500

10/31/11 Update - Now listed by Global Autosports for the same $23,500 asking price and mileage is up to 41,200. Saying it has the nonexistent "sport package" just makes them look knowledgeless though...

7/1/11 Update - Price raised to $23,500 from $19,995? I never understand why sellers do that.

5/3/11 Update - Price reduced to $19,995 from $21,000. It's a good deal now.

3/31/11 Update - Price drop to $21,000 from $22,500

8/2/10 Update - Price drop to $22,500 from $23,500

7/19/10 Update - My suspicions were correct; it did not actually sell. It was relisted on AutoTrader now at $23,500 rather than $25,000. Still pretty high I think. It now has a free CarFax report though that shows the left front accident damage as well. There are also a couple new photos.

It looks to be well taken care of and in good condition. Being forward about an accident leads me to believe it's a pretty honest seller. I'm not sure everyone would agree with his analysis of interior color combinations though. The price is a little high for a stock S52 coupe.
